  • Analysts gave a cool response to RIM's (RIMM +3%) Jan. 30 BlackBerry 10 launch event announcement. With RIM only saying it will provide details about the availability of the first BB10 smartphones at the event, Raymond James thinks (like Jefferies) the phones won't arrive until March. Evercore is worried RIM's "existing phone sales could fall of even more" as customers await BB10 devices. Reviewing BB10's features, SA's J.M. Manness is only impressed by BlackBerry Balance, which splits up a phone into work and personal halves. [View news story]

Still waiting to give RIMM more of my hard earned cash because I luv their products and the company. I have never consciously given Apple 1 cent of my cash and will never allow a Google controlled OS on my smartphone. So there has to be a place for RIM in the market, am I right Peeps?

Add this to your analysis: I have a BB Torch and I only desire a BB10 phone. I am a customer with $$. I personally know a lot of other professional people with $$ who only want Blackberry Smartphones

Android eco-system is the Walmart of smart phones. I will never allow a google controlled OS on my mobile phone.

iOS is old and have yet to do what BB10 is doing

Windows phone reminds me of windows PC....ewwwww!

    Customers with $$ are important

Apple will eventually suffer like all others that try to dictate consumer's lives...Android will make sure of it. Meanwhile I will enjoying the freedom from Google's prying eyes and Apple's suffocating ways when I buy my Milan BB10 superphone...I Luv RIM products and services.
