    I very good article and excellent comments. Regarding comments about the GDP, I have concluded that the GDP is built on a mound of sand. Assumptions fed into current GDP calculations do not measure actual economic progress but are based on smoke and mirrors. Hence, any comparison with China and India, for example, are fruitless. By the way, the word is "privilege" from "private law".
