Just a another guy trying to make a few bucks for retirement. Got into investing on my own account after the 2007-2009 crash wiped out half my 401 (K). Dumped the mutual funds & striking out on my own. I have done much better than the mutual funds I used to own, but, it does take time & due diligence. Also, since I have played blackjack for years (currently on the sidelines from playing recently), blackjack teaches you to play the odds. Investing has a lot to do with taking a risk.
