Adobe's CS4 Should Give Apple Sales a Boost
What does that term "fanboy" even mean? Real men use Windows? Real men only short-sell stocks? Real men don't support the fastest growing computer company on the planet? Don't get it.

No Apple user is going to switch to Windows. They will wait for Adobe to catch up.

Ban on Short Selling Could Have Negative Consequences for Options Market
That "safety valve" wasn't working so well. Many people use the market to invest in out country and prepare for their own retirement. You who use it as a casino were bound to be stopped sooner or later.

Apple's "Anti-Competitive" iPhone App Store Draws Developer's Ire
We'll, I personally haven't seen this guy's code. It could be full of security problems for all we know. This is an old story about one programmer.

Apple Investors: Fasten Your Seatbelts, Put On Helmets
" When will it happen? I don’t know . . ." & " I'm not so sure how much credence to put into this bounce." So, you're just guessing like everyone else. Don't get me wrong, nobody can know these things. But, loaded phrases like, "Apple investors, put on your CRASH helmets" makes it sound like you actually know some terrible piece of hard news. Maybe short-seller disclosures should be part of the headline.

Apple Event: HD TV on iTunes 8, New iTouch and Nanos
The good news is that Steve looks good. Still thin, but not "gaunt." It looks like a solid iPod line-up for Christmas. The stock always goes down lately at product announcements; no company could live up to the rumors that surround Apple before these events. Investors wanted a 200-pound Jobs to produce Paul McCartney driving an iCar.

Apple's Biggest Rumor: iPod or Jobs?
I've done lots of research on what was said about Steve Jobs' health.

      1. He had a rare form of pancreatic tumor which can be cured, not the more common form which is usually deadly.

      2. Weight loss is indeed a common side effect of his original surgery.

      3. The second surgery - to correct the weight loss - could have produced results by now and he may look great.

I think he will make an appearance which will put the health rumors to rest.

Apple: Great Company with Lofty Valuation - Due for Pullback
      >>> I simply cannot imagine a world where Macs dominate the PC industry ...

That's old-school thinking. Younger people know that computers don't have to be ugly and clunky. And they are the CEOs of tomorrow.

      @BS Detector: "See Xerox"

Correct. The first version of a GUI was indeed under development at Xerox PARC, but they weren't sure what to do with it and had decided to abandon the project. Mr. Jobs hired key members of the PARC team to develop it into a working product. I know because my best friend from high school was on that team and they turned a scrapped idea into the first Mac. The End Run Around the Operating System Is Under Way
This is like saying auto makers plan to make an end run around the engine. I can see an OS that was so simple it would all be firmware. And all apps would be online. That's just web computing. It's kinda here already, but it's not for everyone. It seems like the writer doesn't understand how a computer works, but I'm no expert myself.
