    "Conclusion

Finally, it can be said that both Nokia and IBM are moving in the right direction to tap growth. The two companies are focusing on emerging technologies, which will improve their standing for the long run, making them smart investments"

-1 like, I pushed like when I wanted to reply....

Investing, You say so much things that are just ridiculous that is does not make it worth while to read all your comments. They are all the same and always negative and always wrong.

Let me point out one thing you always say but what is not true...
the price from the pro3 is $799 + keyboard makes it around 930 not $1000 students and teachers even get $150 off

Some news I just saw, Europe starts to dig Nokia too

Lets face it, if Nokia plays their cards right they can control the universe (cloud/network wise)

    Not gonna sell

    Long NOK

  • Nearly $2 Billion In The Hole, Microsoft Continues To Dive Deeper Into Tablets [View article]
    Jimmy,

If you upgrade to office 365 you are allowed to install it on 5 machines for $99.00 p/y, not only will you ALWAYS have the latest version but (and in my opinion a very important one because clouds storage is pretty save for valuable pictures, videos and files) you will also have for 5 users 1 TERRABITE of storage on One Drive.

I would upgrade if I where you :)

    NTB,

Wow, you have a full time job lately here :-)...... Running around with a Lumia phone while walking and replying on seeking alpha? ;-)

But isn't that what companies do? Like Google buying Motorola and Facebook buying WhatsApp? Invest in patents and users/clients, seems to me that is a pretty expensive but good way to arm yourself against future problems.. So my question to you is, is that 30 billion really wasted money, or, is most of it invested for the good reasons? Take for example Nokia, they actually got it on the cheap side but I am SURE that if they would not go MOBILE first and follow the leaders in this market (Google/apple) Microsoft will have a much larger problem in the future, OS's are being offered free to almost free so Windows as an operating system will not be of much value in the near future. In my opinion they are protecting and building the ecosystem to survive.. I call that protecting of shareholders interest and even if they have to invest much more money to keep the windows ecosystem liable and favorable above others I would say go for it. Look even at ZUNE (I know it was a failure although I loved my little media player) but the research that went into that is now brought to live in other products and in my opinion not a complete waste of money....

I am not saying you are wrong, just curious how you see all investments from Microsoft so negative

    Regards

    Investing,

I really start to believe you put ALL your apples in apples basket. Reading your rant about the surface, it shows you really know this machine and I am sure you worked with it for more then 2 minutes, heck, you even walked by and looked at it right???

You talk from where the sun does not shine man. I am sure you read all the apple tabloids screaming how bad the sp3 is because for me as a USER of the pro3 its laughable all the non sense above....

I am not even going to try to explain to you how well this machine works for EVERYTHING I NEED to do and how easy its implemented in very network talking to all devices I need to talk to

YOU lost all your credibility as far as I am concerned, I have been reading your hate for everything Microsoft before but this is the famous drip in the bucket that's already full......

I am sure people that are educated enough do their own research will not fall for this BS but I am always afraid idiotic comments like yours stick with people that do not know how to be(have) in a buying process, I am sure you write your Microsoft hate comments for those kind of readers here

You investing are investing to much time hating everything Microsoft by promoting your "favorite" without even taking the trouble investing time in windows 8x, you would have had a much different tone if you actually did...

    Such a waste.....

I own the pro 3i7 256 and this is truly the best on the road device I have ever owned, it is amazing and therefore I think it is fairly priced. If Microsoft will price this fantastic machine around prices of their oems they throw in everybody's windows (pun intended ;-). The most important thing is to deliver a satisfying experience for all users and I think as techy above mentions Microsoft and their oems are delivering that....

    btw,

    LOVE windows 8!!!!
