Arthrocare's Acquisition of Discocare: Trying Put the Genie Back in the Bottle

While the issues raised are serious and worrisome, the fact that it comes from "Citron Reearch" makes me take this with a large pnchof salt. Citron Research, if you go to their websie, says they wer formerly called "StockLemon.com." Why do you think they chnged their name? Because they have been ued by several companies, because they short a stock and then spread rumors about thecompany, with partial truths, an by giving a one side view. They cover their shorts after they havr driven the price down. Individual invetors, wh generally invest in these smaller companies are the ones who are badly hurt.
When they are so shocked that the real nature of Discocare was not revealed, they fail to disclose upfront, that they were formerly Stocklemon and have been already sued for their business practices.
Shame on Seeking Alpha for legtimizing these scum. Makes e have second thoughts on the legitimacy of Seeking Alpha.
