Bank Stocks: April Fools' or Finally Bottoming?

Isn't this "possible bottom" talk a little early? There's still $45 TRILLION in swaps that have to be resolved without a couple of major players going BK. If there were ever a reason for banks to hoard cash, this seems to qualify. Bottom? Maybe 2013.
