First, the basic understanding I took in when I first heard about all these new programs and re-designs was it always focused on being better than our competition. More so, it made sense to me on an up-scaling level that it is better and smarter to compete with perhaps three or four other units within a said 3 mile radius than say, fifteen, cookie-cut and stamped versions of our look. Ultimately, customers will go to a restaurant for value, but they will become loyal guest's if given that five-star treatment of gracious hospitality, along with a clean restaurant and outstanding food and choices.
Another good point is directed to the question as to the demographic model in reference to area's that may have a pool of middle income as a majority. That is another wonderful aspect to this re-model. Every customer who comes in, irregardless of their income can enjoy our five star facility, while having the choices from a wide variety ranging in price from around 6.99 to 17.99.
