    If AMD survives then it may be the buy of a lifetime. As for NVDA, their new chip is being used by Apple in the new MacBook. The performance looks damn good..

    I fully expect the SOXX to recover over the next 36 months. The opportunity found in SNDK and NVDA are once decade opportunities. The opportunity in AMD if it can make itself right is one in an investors lifetime.

    AMD at these levels is a joke. Let it go even lower and then buy. The dream turn around would be if it fell under $2.00!

    I fully believe AMD will survive and thrive over the next 5-7 years. Can you say NEW PRODUCTS? EACH TIME THEY SAY AMD IS DEAD IT COMES BACK. THIS HAS BEEN THE CASE SINCE AT LEAST 1988. IT IS NOT OVER AND IT WILL NOT BE OVER THIS TIME EITHER...

    If IBM buys AMD it will have to be for no less than 15. Shareholders need to rebel it it is a paltry 8 or 10 dollar offer. Once AMD gets it s expenses in order this thing can move back into the high 20's. This will take 36 months or longer. Getting back to 40 will require major changes, however.
