Ilari Nurmi, Nokia's (NOK) VP of product marketing and the exec responsible for its smartphone strategy, has left the company for unknown reasons. Nurmi's departure comes as speculation grows CEO Stephen Elop will get axed next year if Nokia's Windows Phone 8 sales disappoint, and 3 months after chairman Risto Siilasmaa talked about having a "contingency plan" (believed by many to be Android) should WP8 fail to meet expectations. Apple (AAPL) has "deliberated" about migrating its Mac hardware away from Intel (INTC) CPUs, sources tell Bloomberg Businessweek, though such a move isn't considered imminent. If Apple was to abandon Intel, it would likely be in favor of its ARM-based A-series processors, currently used in iOS devices. Last year, a Japanese blog reported Apple put an A5 chip inside a MacBook Air test model, and an Intel exec claimed Apple threatened to end its relationship with Intel over power consumption. Will Haswell's power savings be enough to satisfy Apple? [View news story]
Sounds like they did not scan the disc for errors before migrating. If so migrating data is a tricky buzzard, I did not use third party software i did the old fashioned CSV file way.

I think most of your questions are covered on the website or Tesla blogs/forums. But I have a question for you Yuro, why can't you recharge at your mums?
Keep in mind that most modern hotels have a plug-in station for you or an outlet you can use in a garage, especially in your neck of the woods with parking structures, eh?
A tesla can be parked for up to a year without "bricking", the car will warn you via digital means too. However, would you really park your $85,000 car in a parking lot for two weeks? I have a mere Toyota Prius $35K new, I take a taxi to the airport even when I'm only out of town for a weekend. Can you imagine the door dings?
More on Apple: Bloomberg Businessweek's talks with Apple insiders paint a complex picture of the post-Jobs era. Apple is said to have a "singular focus" on proving doubters wrong, and is deemed "happier and even somewhat more transparent" than before. But office politics are higher, and there's less "implicit pressure" on engineers. Also: Steve Jobs reportedly came to "loathe" Google (GOOG) and considered ending its iOS search deal, but decided not to out of fear of upsetting users. (previous) [View news story]
I've been test driving Siri for a week now and it's not exactly like learning a new dialect but it's like using precise English, I'll get the hang of it, it's certainly not a steep learning curve, but there is some learning for us over 50 crowd. Ha

@user427801, you wrote, "I own a nexus 7 tablet and now realize its just as good as an iPad, but cheaper and with TONS of the exact same apps (most free) that Apple gouges you for."
Further you wrote, "Apple charges you $2.99 for many of the apps that google play gives you free...same exact app." Well post a few examples otherwise it just sounds like you're selecting meaningless apps to make a point. Google's and Apple's fee structure is different, I'm sure, because they have different business models. Nonetheless, without any real world examples you could be talking about some obscure game for all we know.
My post is merely saying for me that's not true, I'm not being gouged! I personally use a grip of free apps for productivity, media and the occasional game, the same as you - FREE! I'm not paying $2.99, or as you say being gouged by Apple. Here's a small example, and they are all free, no gouging here:
Penultimate Google Maps and now Apple Maps Seeking Alpha :0 QRReader Air Display NextBus RunKeeper Skype Passbook PCO Group Text Constant Contact Kindle Drop Box
And ... just like you ... I get 5GB of free storage on Apple's iCloud. iTunes currently has 26M songs on the iCloud and iTunes matches your music library, so if you need to restore your library BAM, it's restored. Of course, this is paid for music not pirated. In addition Any other music or photos are backed up to the Cloud in their entirety. Now if I did need more than 5GB that's when I would pay.
It sounds like you keep mixing the price of Apple products with the cost of apps, and in your last post, cloud storage. Comment?

Yes User427801, but you did not rescind your prior post, which calls out the iPhone/Apple for sending jobs overseas, you'd virtually buy no tech products at all including your flat panel TV!

Interesting read hooper, you know the ice really is melting, however, the north pole especially shipping lanes are open there's no shifting. That doesn't prove or disprove and GW theories but there are some clearly visible with the eyes climate changes.
I know a few deer hunters who will tell you there's climate change, and they are definitely conservative.
