Isn't Mohnish the guy who bought Delta Financial Corp (may it rest in peace) in November 2007 only to watch it collapse within two months. A mortgage originator in Florida....now that's an investor worth idolizing. He follows it up by buying PNCL, a regional airline during a period of rising oil prices. One value trap after another. Thank goodness we still have investment gurus like Bill Miller to fall back on.
