    I also see that Mohnish lost some coin with Crytologic, which precluded Delta Financial, which precluded Pinnacle Airlines. This means that PNCL broke the much revered "third time's the charm" rule of investing.

    Isn't Mohnish the guy who bought Delta Financial Corp (may it rest in peace) in November 2007 only to watch it collapse within two months. A mortgage originator in Florida....now that's an investor worth idolizing. He follows it up by buying PNCL, a regional airline during a period of rising oil prices. One value trap after another. Thank goodness we still have investment gurus like Bill Miller to fall back on.
