In what has been dubbed as largely a symbolic vote, the House of Representatives did what was expected and opted to repeal the health-care overhaul law, but it's is likely be dead in Congress’s lower chamber. The vote was 229 to 195 to repeal the measure, with two Democrats voting along with the Republican majority: Mike McIntyre of North Carolina and Jim Matheson of Utah. Sidenote: This is the 37th attempt to repeal the law since it was passed in March 2010. [View news story]
I caught that one too, with Harry in charge it doesn't get much lower.

I have a question thank you. How long before the dilution ends and the company gets profitable? I find it interesting that sales and administrative expenses were higher then total sales. The executive compensation $380,000 annually with $750 per month for auto.
Nice gig but not on my dime thanks. I have reduced my holdings to just 10% of my initial investment.

I think we are at the point where the rubber hits the road. I see France has entered a recession. The French don't seem too happy with the way things are going. It will be interesting to see what Mr. Combes has to say. I think something dramatic is in order.
Windows 8.1 (Blue) will be a free update for existing Win. 8 users, says division CFO Tami Reller. Though an incremental update, Microsoft (MSFT) is counting on 8.1's UI tweaks to appease older Windows users unhappy with Win. 8's giant changes. A developer preview will arrive on June 26; the official release is expected sometime before the holiday season. ZDNet's Mary Jo Foley recently reported 8.1's updates will include "new built-in tutorials and in-context help" and possibly "adjustments to the Start Screen," to go with the previously-reported boot-to-desktop option and return of the Start button (but not the Start menu). I sounds like it's just a big patch on a flat tire. Is anybody in charge at Mr. Softy? I bought a windows machine couple weeks back Lenovo it's okay. I had a choice of 7 or 8. The rep talked me into 7 and I am glad she did.

I agree their is the potential for gains and I don't think they are going away. The price action does suggest big players at work here also . The motive I don't know. The downside I also agree from here negligible. Can WE also agree green on the bottom line would light up this holding? Any chat the Mr. Combes has later in the summer would be negated if the company continued to bleed. The supplies for transfusions seems limited. My fear is the stock just languishes.

PS
Just an added note. It is not my opinion that makes any difference. The bottom line is what tells the tale. Lately it does not speak well. If the line turns from red to green Mr. Combes will have my accolades if not I will probably put my hard earned money at risk somewhere else. I think it a mistake to build up the meeting as a turning point if you will. His vision is important but actions speak much better then mear words. A profitable quarterly statement would work wonders for our investments.

So the sweetspot is what you are looking for from Mr. Combes. A blend of increased business with the right downsizing. I wish him luck, patiently waiting. No seltzer thanks, I am a teatotaler.
