My theory on the 22LR is it's one of the few rounds you can't reload. Primers on the centerfire are also tight.

On the dog thing ... I don't have to walk my protection or clean up dog sh*t.

Personal protection I usually carry a blade Kershaw or Benchmade are good and CRKT is getting better again.

Too bad you can't find ammo or a place to shoot. They are rationing rimfire ammo around here.

So we need inflation to service the debt but do we need inflation to cover the bloated Government we seem to have created? How much inflation will we need to create in a rising interest rate environment?

Thank you, Great interview from the author of a fascinating book.

I appears to be something that we don't want to admit to be happening but the author lays it out clearly and concisely in a very readable book. It's $14.99 @ Amazon on the kindle version.

I hope the author is not done and has a couple more in the works.

How many of the sub prime borrowers are the group on Government assistance? Hang out watch a little TV. Motor up for a score and now that gas is cheaper we are in heaven. There meager income seems secure until the pol's don't need to buy their vote anymore. Paychecks are supplemented with a little cash biz on the side.

  • Dollar Rally Does Not Demand Deflation - Duh [View article]
Thanks for the read Mike always enjoy them.

Isn't this dread deflation the nemesis for debt holders whereas savers seem to enjoy the lower price?

The conspiracy theorist in me still thinks the tanking of the yen and euro is to protect the petro dollar.

  • Amazon launches $199 Web-connected speaker/assistant [View news story]
Yes I understand our lives are an open book to the right people/agencies. Isn't this more like a one stop shop for the "right people"? It seems far more personal than the street cams.
I wonder though how much is really used and how much is imagined to allow for self censorship?

    Hmmm let's see ...
They got my music. They got my pictures. They got my books, my TV, my Movies. They know my buying habits. All for 99 dollar per year but what happens when they raise the price and I don't pay any more? Do they hold me hostage? Do I virtually disappear?

Now they want to eavesdrop on my living room. They seem to know more about me or could then I really feel comfortable them knowing.
