  • 5 Inexpensive Stocks In An Overheated Market [View article]
Why is the market over heated? Corporate balance sheets have never looked better, the wealth effect of a bull market should help consumer spending and debt re-payment and we have ended two destructive wars. If anything the bond market is over heated and the equity market sits in the sweet spot. I do like you BP & Intel call but hate the others. I bought Intel 22 strike options for Oct. and Dec. My main point is the market is not over heated just because its up.

  • Is The Fed Losing The Battle For A Sustainable Recovery? [View article]
We are living through outragous "INFLATIONARY TIMES" this is the most expensive time maybe in the history of our country, the "have" vs. "have nots" just masks it, along with gov. lending and spending. Just look at the FED GOV. now in the healthcare arena, ouch, this is going to hurt! Inflation is red hot , I mean red hot ! Reagan knew that anything the FED GOV. got involved with meant sky high prices, from housing, too education, now healthcare they will crumble our way of life! Why have educational costs sky rocketed because the Fed Gov pays the university systems up front, and they inturn keep paying themselves and increasing tution and fees, at the tax payers demise. I believe and feel inflation is here in a big way, now just wait till the Obama care hits the health care sector! Reagan knew the destructive nature of Fed Gov intervention on free market price checks, competition will be blown out of the water, no free market system can survive Gov. interverence! Deflation LOL... it will come but only after America's bond rating is down graded to Junk staus and GDP falls to a negative 15%, this house of cards is like a metal part being heated up so hot that it will crack under the stress, Germany 1920's / 1930's will have nothing on us... Scary thing is war yes WW3 could be the result.

  • Investors Cautioned To Read Whiting's Announcements Prior To Buying Its Trust [View article]
Fuuny but these SA writers bashing WHX and rightfully so, gave me a nice price pt for a solid long term hold in WHZ already took a distribution, and have upside to about 15 / 16 if oil takes off. Seem like people sold both trusts with both hands too funny!

WHZ? the Author can't seem to find this under valued trust of Whiting.

So if you have owned X from the start you did just fine, sell what you have and swap into WHZ if you want another decade of income.

  • BNP's "Love-Panic Index" signals a correction ahead as it crossed into "love" territory a few weeks back. Past experience says to brace for an average 12% decline in the S&P (SPY) over the next 6 months. The biggest drivers of the recent move into "love" have been State Street's Investor Confidence, the CFTC's COT report, falling short interest, rising Nasdaq to NYSE trading volume, and small caps (IWM) outperformance over large caps (IWB). [View news story]
Everytime we get a pull back which is good for stocks, the doom and gloomers come out.

WHZ is a solid trust and if you bought in early on WHX you have done just fine, at this point WHX owners should swap out of X and go into Z which is hedged and has a long life ahead of it. Yes if one bought WHX last year it was dumb.

  • "Bonds are acting like the bond market is manipulated ... because it is," says Jeff Gundlach, as QE is far more of a put on Treasury prices (TLT -2.3%) than it is on stocks. A salve to bond bulls on a day when the yield on the 30-year is 14 bps higher, Gundlach says yields won't go on a sustained rise anytime soon because QE is going nowhere. A favorite of the bond bears, TBT +4.6%[View news story]
TBT not good today? I have news for everyone I will hold this for 10 years and the current decay is a joke. Nobody rigns bells at the bottom or top, rates will go up I know this to be true, when well I have no idea and own the middle of the curve, so for me TBT is just a hedge.

  • 2 Stocks To Buy, 1 Stock To Avoid, What's Next For The Market [View article]
Teva is the buy in this group if you like to buy low and sell high? SA good contrian indicator for allot of companies. Teva has a branded drug Copaxone that they sell to much of "ironic" as its coming off patent in 2015, but they have a new three times week version that may steam the pain, still its a generic powerhouse and it will cycle through this issue, and they have pipeline drugs, some in phase III.
