Sounds like ritchie has a grudge with an anger management kicker.
In case you weren't there or can't remember, thousands of tech companies went bust in the internet bubble. The fact that the guys who run Tangoe now had a company go bust back then hardly justifies the fraud label. I think the short reports last summer did their job....they made a lot of money for the authors.
True, roll ups.....which Tangoe could be mistaken for......have, in many cases, not been good investments because they muddy which growth rates are organic and which are purchased. And when the M&A stops so does the growth and the stock’s trajectory.
But since last summer's reports, management has made a point to unmuddy and highlight organic versus purchased growth, and has stated additional M&A will be on hold for the foreseeable future. It has forecasted mid-teens organic growth over the next few years. We shall see.
Having been around the tech sector for more than 15 years, I’ve seen these pile-on nuisance lawsuits time and time again. It basically amounts to extortion…..either you settle with us or we’ll drag this thing out as long as we can while we waste your management’s time and focus.

Mark,
You cite management guidance (forecast) as tripling earnings in '13. Now we all know how dismal FSYS management's guidance has been. What makes you think it's gonna be different this time?
I think you are confusing margin (as in borrowing money to buy/sell) and the margin requirement (aka as collateral) a broker requires you to have in assets when you sell a naked put. There is a formula and the closer to the strike the stock gets, the larger amount of collateral your broker will ask you for. But I've never, ever been asked or is it required to have the entire assigned purchase price (sequestered) or as collateral. PS there is no interest charge cause you're not borrowing any money.

Don't understand why you had to do the above if the formula already existed. Is the "3rd order polynomial your contribution or is this Russ Fisher original work?
