i agree the results look stunning.. but the patient population appeared very restrictive. they only took very healthy sick people/
have u had a chance to look at the results of DNA's trastuzumab-dm1 abstract from the SABC.. last week... in a phase 1 trial dosed at MTD.. 12 of 15 patients either had SD or PR.. 5 of 15 had PR... so 7 of 10 remaining had SD between 4 -8 months.. pretty good data for refractory patients..
