      Why Technical Analysis is Nonsense
Technical Analysis is hogwash because you obviously haven't taken the time to learn how to use it. If you assume that technical analysis can be used independently of everything you are hogwash yourself. Technical analysis, when used with a few other methods listed below is extremely valuable. Particularly volume and price movement - VOLUME moves stocks. There are other important factors like price ranges and support and resistance....

      1) Find Stocks with strong fundamentals (valuation)
      2) Identify catalysts (or lack thereof) for the company/sector IE competitive advantage, increasing product demand, cyclical factors, rising prices
      3) USE TECHNICAL ANALYSIS TO IDENTIFY A PROPER ENTRY POINT (USUALLY MULTIPLE ENTRY POINTS IE SCALING A POSITION) AT KEY SUPPORT LEVELS

If you don't use technical analysis in relation to "scaling" into a position you are missing out on a lot of upside and better entry points. As far as I am concerned your article leads me to believe 1) You have never tried TA or worse 2) You have tried using it independently of fundamental analysis.

I would respectfully recommend taking down this ridiculous article until you fully explore TA for yourself...and for heaven sakes, realize it is only part of the puzzle. It should account for roughly 1/3 of your trading decision.

      WellCare Plummets After FBI Raid
I hope we know more about this whole situation November 5th. I'm assuming WellCare purposely delayed releasing information until that date in order to "lay it all on the table" at the conference call.
The article should read "trading within 10% of cash per share".

      Points:
If this is anything like precedents of the "online education companies" not very long ago, shares could have a small rebound.

CrossProfit's point was spot on- the timing of the raid to the board meeting implies that the FBI had some hard evidence on individuals inside the company conducting criminal activity.

While Alan's point on value was well taken, I question why the stock is still trading at $30.00. Given Alan's $678m book value shares should be trading closer to $15.00, why the high premium>?

I would imagine they were overcharging, charging for people that no longer existed (deceased) and denying people coverage...inflating profits.

What do you think of the insider trades over the past year? Any comments on that?

China Finance Online: Subscriber Dependant Valuation
The street.com generate revenue mainly through advertising but seems to be shifting to subscription based services for an increasing portion of revenue. Given a 20% subscription growthin multiple JRJC should be worth $30.00- However, if JRJC can acheive 25% growth each quarter and get over 100,000 subscribers to join their website in the next year JRJC would be worth $50-$60+ .Its scary to think of the growth potential here. Does anyone know how many subscribers TheStreet.com has?
