Cleantech Companies Will Stimulate Recovery

Social engineering is one thing. Stimulating economic recovery ALWAYS requires that one can make more of what someone wants for less than what it used to cost. Green things don't do that. If it requires more to make the same amount of energy, as all green initiatives I've seen do, it is in fact a drag on the economy.

Making more for less is the key to economic recovery.
