Newell Rubbermaid: New Initiatives Should Propel Growth

My observation is that Newell's poor performance is due to its poor integration of acquisitions... they buy companies and then try to "Newellize" them, leading to disruptions in operations and loss of key management. I have heard lots of unhappy stories from Newell "alumni" and observers, and no good ones yet.
