You are very critical of a situation that you haven't studied enough. The money Greece is getting is not free as you are describing in your last statement. It will be paid back to the country's lenders with a nice interest rate. Additionally, two reason you haven't analyzed are the global financial crisis and what it did to the banking system and liquidity and the EU teetering with recession.
