Rio Tinto's "Great Wall": Will It Block BHP?

The communist party would be a wonderful owner for BHP, as China's SOEs most certainly just tools of the party. The more international assets they can buy before everybody wises up (and stops looking for s/t cash payoffs) the better for the CPC thugs.
