SHLD sold the lease for $250million? If so, then the buyer must be expecting to re-lease for more to recoup the 250m. Whatever, take a walk into a Sears store anywhere & you will see more staff than customers which means the retail line will not likely make money in the near future. Not a company to invest in, but can be traded. Long term is down

Who cares whose product is better, Apple or Rimm's? I am here to make money, so I too bought some RIMM because I see I can make a few bucks. Rimm is cheap right now. I had bought Ford at $3 and sold at $12 - never wondered which car was better to drive.
