  • Huge Problems In The Big Citi: Investors Should Look For Alternatives [View article]
A company with nearly $ 500B in his hands, hardly have problems here in the medium term. We have seen since the outbreak of the 2008 crisis, a tiny rebound in Citigroup, while the bank and signs of strong recovery and improvement of their status.
It's time for a big rally in these stock?

  • Citigroup Moving Toward Strong Buy For Investors [View article]
This is a true case of sleeping elephant. A huge, leader and no less than $ 487B cash company. Market cap of $ 155B is really a small valuation. It is time that the market remove the punishment for what happened in 2008, this bank is already quite healthy and recovered.

  • Yelp Has Taken Off [View article]
It's ridiculous this valuation, the company has virtually no Revenue, just $ 88M in the last quarter, it is impossible market cap of $ 6B. It is a small company, and a terrible bubble.

  • Market Timing Report: Indicators Are Cued Up For A Bear Market [View article]

I do not think it's time bears in the market. As I said in another article, the market hardly gets into low, while the American economy continues to show encouraging and positive data.
To measure it another way, for example take the Nasdaq in 2000, when this was over 5000 points, that if it was a terrible bubble. After 14 years, although the index failed to touch that level, it took 14 years, where companies have grown a lot, so I think 4,500 after 14 years, does not seem disproportionate, will if it hits 5000, although this will be a strong psychological point. But if the USA economy remains strong, will surely give strength to hit the market above 5000 on the Nasdaq and the Dow above 18,000

  • What If The Fed Has Created A Bubble? [View article]

I think the market still has upward trend as the data of the American economy remain prosperous and shows encouraging growth, the market hardly change course while the economic data remain prosperous, the market will need a strong excuse to change the trend and yet not see anything on the road that can spoil or end this rising trend.
However, I see that certain shares are trading ridiculously overvalued as CRM, AMZN, YELP, CMG, NFLX, TRIP, LNKD, etc.
On the other hand there are many companies that have good margin rise, and the market also as the economy continue throwing good numbers.

Thank you for your prompt response

Clearly what I see is that the numbers presented by this company are not sufficient to justify such a market cap. this is a terrible bubble and this is one of the clearest examples.
And we know what happens to these companies when the bubble bursts, which are more violently fall when that time comes.

  • Yelp Long-Term May Devour OpenTable, GrubHub & Groupon [View article]
I see that all analysts and almost all the authors here are determined to continue inflating a bubble called Yelp. We all saw that Revenue in the quarter the company was only $ 88M. It is absolutely unjustifiable $ 4.7B valuation and analysts considering that this company could well be valued around $ 7B.
Where are the big profits in this business? Not exist and I do not have much room to grow.

A company that has a quarterly result with Revenue of $ 88M can never be worth $ 5B market cap
It remains one of the most ridiculous and overvalued shares

  • Don't Count Groupon Out Just Yet [View article]
Of course, Groupon is a buy.
The issue here is that the market has their friends and enemies.
Clear example: Amazon strongly disappointed in its quarterly results with EPS -0.12, however their shares fell only 7% having completed its fall around the $ 314.
Groupon EPS came in-line and just $ 10M below estimates in Revenue, and shares were harshly punished until a drop of 15%

  • Why Google Should Once Again Try To Buy Groupon [View article]
Thank you very much for your reply.
It is important first of all, the offer must be very good, I see no intentions in Groupon of being acquired. Given that in 2010 rejected $ 6B, there is no reason in 2014 to accept a lower number to $ 6B, now Groupon is bigger than at the time, the business is more defined and we also know that is clearly the leader the category of business.
It would be very unwise for Groupon to sell the company at $ 4 or $ 5B
