I think its gonna come down to who buys Zynga first Google, Baidu Yandex or Facebook. Stallings is right its real cheap to buy Zynga. It would pay for itself. For Google it would be a way for them to control the growth of their main rival without anti-trust action. For Baidu and Yandex its a cheap way of buying into the us gaming market and to build legitmacy for their brands. Lastly for Facebook its too good of a deal to pass up one's year revenue and the cash horde on hand. Pays for the whole thing. The real estate is just gravy on top
I think the strength of Facebook pulls both of these stocks up. I am going to target Zynga at $27 and Jive $42. I think Jive does Fio like numbers and I think I am being conservative on Zynga, it may go even higher.
No that's not gonna happen that way. Why would they bother. They are Park Avenue in the game of Monopoly taking a vig and collecting rent it keeps their overhead low and their margins high.

Didn't Znga just hire away a top EA exec? They looked pretty happy on the NBC special don't you think. They are the leading Social Gaming company with low debt a dedicated 3000 plus work force. And when they legalize internet gambling look out. I can see them partnering with some of the Casino powerhouses and turning this into a mega dynamo.
