I also sold COP and bought more PSX. Put some additional cash with it too. Sold it and profited very nicely and bought it back when it went down in price.

We are a little more widely distributed among this sector. AGNC, DX, FSC, MTGE, NRF, TCAP. It composes 36.04% of our investments. I feel the reward/risk is worth it, at this time. That may change if interest rates rise or fall. I have added to: AGNC, DX, NRF AND TACAP recently. Very happy with all of them. Small loss on FSC but it's less than 1 months dividend so I'm not worried.

We are spread a little wider in this sector. AGNC, DX, FSC, MTGE, NRF, TCAP. This is 36.04% of our accounts. As long as interest rates remain stable, and low, the risk is worth the reward. Utilities comprises 24.30% of our investments. The rest is spread all over the place!!

Bought AGNC some time ago and have added to it 3 times since. Bought MTGE when it first came out. Passed on NLY and CIM. Glad I did. I am, perhaps, a little heavy in mREIT's and REIT's but for the past few years I am way, way ahead of the game!! And: The more people realize the investment and return are out there, the greater the demand will be for the stock and the faster the prices will increase.

I think I'll add another 1000 shares before the price goes up. But I will wait for the results of the first hour of trading tomorrow (2-29).
