      Awaiting Apple Earnings and Guidance
If I were running Apple, I would consider a 5 billion dollar stock buy back. Providing I can re sell the shares in say a year. I would double my money. Neat if its allowed.

Buffett says know your company and buy its shares. Apple is a great company and its heading for the stars. Ride the wild ride. :-)

      Apple's iTunes: Rapid Sales Acceleration
While Netflix may have had 340 million in a quarter for rentals, you have to figure in cost to buy the media and postage to ship to and fro and labor to sort both incoming and outgoing.

Once Apple puts a digital song online, it just rakes in the money. The only costs are the standard and constand cost of servers and bandwidth.

      Apple's AT&T Deal Is Costly
Cheeeze, I have to wonder how many Billions of dollars Apple will have lost by them not selling that new anti-matter thingie. Now since it does not exist, they cannot sell it, but think of the untold billions that they will lose.........

OH wait, if it does not exist, they cannot lose money over it, and so what does this whole article try to talk about???? Is it just an anti-Apple FUD piece or what.??

Research in Motion: Unlike Apple, No Slowdown in Subscriber Growth
OK, we have all jumped on Todd and some of it is totally justified. Todd, big slap on hand. "Bad Boy!"

But what I find really encourging is that there is an out pouring of comments by intelligent people putting him to task. A few years ago this would not have happened. If you did not like Microsoft, you spoke gently. Now people are not afraid to speak against Microsoft and when someone adverts for Microsoft and against a company like Apple, there is an outcry (where its justified of course).

I take that as a very positive sign. Writers write better when there is a mindful public that reads and comments.

Apple's Guidance Games Are Hurting Shareholders
I agree with the above. This is a cheaply worded hit piece.
If Apple forcasts to high, they are terrible and are doing poorly.
If Apple forcasts too low, they are terrible and cheating the shareholder (really just analysts who want to make a buck. )
If Apple forcasts just right but the market thinks that it should do better, Apple is terrible and not doing well.

      Give me a break, please.

Over-Hyped Apple Has No Real Value
Sorry but I have to discount this article. The author seems to have litte understanding of what Apple is and what it is doing. Maybe he should by Microsoft stock and Hold it for the long term. :-)

Apple has multiple products and they each play off each other, making a large cohesive offering. As more people see Apple thru iPods, iPhones, etc, they are more in tune with Macs and the ease of use of the whole Apple matrix. Apple still owns OS X. If you want the great experience you HAVE TO BUY Apple.

Sorry, but I see Apple continuing to grow over the next 3-5 years. Its Google but slower on the uptake.
