Questioning Yahoo Japan's Overture "Sale"

Eric, great analysis to bring this situation to light that otherwise would have completely escape our attention. Now, I am not an expert by all means, but I think the missing piece to this puzzle can be found on Yahoo! Japan's investor relations website: ir.yahoo.co.jp/en/dire.... Notice Jerry Yang is third down the list on YAHOO! JAPAN's Board of Directors. So, Yang sold Overture Japan to...Yang?? Yahoo! management (and Yang in particular) owes all the shareholders at the next meeting an explanation on how / if any measure was taken to avoid this obvious conflict of interest.
