Well, 0.40 expenses is not unusual for what is effectively a money market fund. Bid-ask spread is another issue for traders, but for an intermediate-term hedge against the decline of the dollar the funds should work.

If I buy ofreign currency through the forex market, how do I get money market interest rates (from a UK bank, for example)? Not from the banks I have dealt with.
