Walter Grenda Jr. has been managing money for others since 1981. His experience includes being a stockbroker for a major Wall Street firm and self-employed in the independent Broker-Dealer network before incorporating Reliance Financial Group (RFG) in 1986. RFG is structured to provide independent, unbiased investment & tax planning advice and financial coaching services.
Seeing a growing need for practical, sound retirement advice & counsel, Mr. Grenda chose to specialize in financial 'retirement' planning and completed courses of retirement studies with the AARP in addition to his other professional studies and designations. His "Retirement Strategies" seminar has been conducted for many of WNY largest employers, labor unions and a slew of groups & associations.
Recently, he created the "I AM" a Better Investor system, which is an active investment management approach using a Two-Bucket strategy. This strategy effectively combines a low-cost, fee-based growth-oriented strategy (in a brokerage accounts) with the use of "living benefit" riders available in variable annuities.
