I can't join the choir of Apple being an exceptional company just like I can't join the choir of the equally foolish description of microsoft as a bloated competitor in a crumbling castle. I am knocked over from all the emotion, but the marketplace does not support the above described views. In 10 years, Apple's world domination will be just around the corner, just like it was 10 years ago. There will also be the argument that Microsoft negotiated its position rather than earned it with technology. The world has reinvented itself and microsoft remains; this reflects more than smoked filled room negotiations.
