      The Perils of Market Timing
If you want to quick ten-baggers without using leverage, market timing is the best way.

Nothing excites me more than picking up the likes of WPO at 6 times earning in 1973, or INTC at 5 times earning in 1974, or GOOG at 10 times trough earning in near future!

PowerShares DB Gold Offers a Sophisticated Strategy to Small Investors
GLD is kept by HSBC, a bank still in great shape.

You can always sell GLD once you see HBC drops by 90%.

Meanwhile, I'm very content in holding GLD. It offers so much more advantage over physical gold.

Global Market Performance: Nowhere to Hide
China and US are now sitting in the same boat, except that China has taken up the most cyclical sector of the US industry, namely the manufacturing of consumer-discretionary products.

In case you don't know, China's own housing bubble has just burst. Only Shanghai's inner city is still holding up.

A Demographic Headwind for the U.S. Dollar
Let people work to death then.

But on the other hand, if the US is in trouble, what's the outlook for Europe, Japan, and Russia then? Heh, even China will soon reap the fruition of its "One-Child Policy".

      Goldman Sachs, Merchant of Gloom?
Since GS shorted its peers on Subprimes, it must destroy other competitors on WS to avoid future retributions.

GS will have won if LEH is destroyed and C and UBS gave up their I-Banking businesses.

      Ceradyne: Why the Low Valuation?
Ceradyne is nothing but a Iraq war play. If you want to know what happens to defense contractors after major wars, study the charts for BA, GD, LMT between 1968 and 1975.

Perhaps you will learn enough not to toss out the "undervalued"... label that quick.
