        <![CDATA[On CSX…Why is capex so high, also does it face important headwinds owing to coal volume?  Also, how are prices determined in the rail industry… it is highly regulated but I’ve never gone through the rules.   Based on these things, Is it fair to believe that with some IP growth in the US, volumes could grow GDP+ and are the incremental margins far higher than avg margins, and does the co have some untapped pricing power?   If so, 13x could be a bargain!]]>
