I would say that you are incorrect in your assumptions that there is no takeover of Radient occurring, and that the debt load has not been addressed thru prior agreement between the Lenders and Takeover Group.

While the revocation has pushed the timeline back, this is not an irrevocable problem, and Radient can be expected to emerge as a stronger, debt free company.

Now that Radient has its stock revoked by the SEC, is the William Gartner/ PDx reverse merger still proceeding as planned?

Do you believe the new Radient management will keep its shareholders updated as to current developments, or in the dark as prior management did?

Underdawg, do you plan on expanding this forum to provide an active blog for existing shareholders to state their views to one another- the current IHub and Yahoo messageboards have become rather useless in recent months. It would be nice to see more objective viewpoints.

It seems that the cancer drug/ cancer diagnostic market is a hotbed of activity at the moment- mergers, expansion, new innovative testing procedures, approved drugs, failed drugs etc. Yet RXPC seems to be able to stay completely out of sight from the public eye. While I believe an upcoming merger/takeover is the primary reason for this blackout period, the complete lack of public acknowledgment is still troublesome.

What happened with the William Gartner/ GCDx LC test- money and/ or patent issues delaying reverse takeover?

What happened with the Uni-Pharma licensing agreement- dead in the water intentionally or??? Thanks in advance.

Its been quite a while since you last publicly commented on RXPC. Are you currently following the company, and what is your opinion of its situation?
