A Google Brain Drain?

Google has also whizzed in the pool around here (Silicon Valley) with its arrogant and age-discriminatory policies. "Recent Grad" listings for many key positions do two things:

1. Create a workforce with no predispositions.
2. Create an inexperienced workforce that will go forth and make a ton of mistakes.

Have fun, Google. Just try not to take down the entire valley when you misstep.
