    The baggage surcharges are so stupid. Put it in the price of the ticket if you have to. Charging extra for the first bag just pisses off your customers.

    Dunno. As one who flies a lot, it makes sense to me. I stay as far away from American, United, and the rest of the bloats as possible. Southwest does the job. Why is it so hard for the old schoolers?
