Catching the Alibaba IPO: Not So Fast

I also opend a etrade global account, than i called and asked if i would be able to buy alibaba stock on nov 6th. than he talks about 40 day cool down, their goes my pride.
i think that its bull crap. The major companies like google, yahoo, cicso all bought up 100 billion dollars worth of alibaba. Than the individual investor like me or you have to wait 40 days. I think those big corporations should have to wait 40 days. Thats why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
