      Morningstar's 'Vastly Superior' ETF Research?
Good comments.. for me, I " shop around " I cross reference with several sources, my brokerage house, morningstar, etc. to see how their data, analysis matches up and then add \ substract info... make a decision.
It works for me. *Please note, no one should pay any attention to me. I own Citi and most of the bank stocks.. + XHB.

Time to Cut Your Exposure to Investment Banking and Mortgages
Some folks I think wake up each morning and decide if the sky is falling now , In the afternoon or maybe it will be night time.. make no mistake - to these folks the sky is always falling.. opportunity is not allowed in their world.
I bought copper ( TGB ) when it was at .60 cents a pound - yes I had to be patient and wait for copper to rebound. Many people thought I was not too bright at the time. Copper has paid me very nicely.. thank you. The banks are dogs today, tomorrow they will be back and making money for those who are patient. Just a Missouri boy views.

Taseko Mines: Copper Mega-Growth Story, Par Excellence
Interesting article. I did my home work on this company and I could not agree more with the author.
The company took over the Gibraltar mine when copper was at 0.60 a pound. What a steal for Taseko management. NO debt, making money, solid - experience management team, low p/e. China has an open door policy for this copper mine. I see it at $6.75 + within 12-18 months at the rate it growing.. just a Missouri boy view.

Pick Up Undervalued Financials - Barron's Interview
The way I see it you got the risk takers.. no risk takers and the fence riders.
It's true, the risk takers are often early to the party..
the no risk boys are always late.. and the fence riders are frozen to the fence and can't make a move.
Somebody is going to lose money.. the early boys will lose at first light and then make the big money.
The no risk boys will make some money but bail out to soon.. (make a little money )
The fence riders.. they just jaw bone waiting to fall off the fence and hope they make some money. ( seldom happens )
Me.. I like the early worm.

Surging Volatility Could Bring Lots of Surprises
I need a helping hand. Can someone explain, very simply please,
Is it the right time to put money into a bond ETF? The amount will be large. I have always use stocks as my investment vehicle.. but.. I'm retiring in 3 months and I need to set up an allocation portfolio.
I've always been a risk taker but now I need to slow down a bit.
Any help from the pro's out there would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks

Why Do Bears Always Have the Best Arguments?
The doom & gloomers are everywhere in life.. if not bugging the stock market they find homes wherever one goes. When I was a kid we used to call them the " chicken littles ".. the sky is falling! the sky is falling!
Of course in time the sky does fall and they run with this forever.
Just a view from a Missouri boy.
