excellent article. it shows us why france and germany do not like to reflate by lowering fast and in big steps interest rates. it would eliminate the buying power of the savers even more then the reflationary effect. said by mr. I fully agree with above excellent analysis. In 2009/10 the economy will kick start with raw materials first, being transported by dry cargoships. Food, like for zimbabwe maybee earlier. Then comes infrastructure and coal, steel etc again dry cargoe. before the con sumerproducts fire in 2010/11 the shiping rates will have recovered partly. Here comes now the right fleet and good org. management. Then maybee shares will recover and divs will be covered.
