A 'Realistic' View of Lennar's Solvency

If you owe $1.33 for every $1 of "stock" (maybe you mean "book value"?) that is not "underwater" or negative equity. You just said that equity was $1 which is a positive number. You might say Lennar is "overleveraged given current conditions," but you cannot say they are "underwater" based on the numbers you have given, nor that they have negative equity. You have negative equity when the amount you owe is greater than the value of your assets. You have advanced no evidence to indicate this is the case now.
