Bread lines are forming everywhere. Milk is $10 a gallon. People are jumping out of windows (assuming they can be opened) every minute, impossible find a vacant park bench to sleep after you lost your home to foreclosure, retail malls are deserted, no one is driving due to expensive gas , unemployment has reached 25%, advertisers are not advertising, Apple Stores are empty.

Did I miss anything else?

So, if Apple doesn't offer "Songs For Tibet", then they are taking a political stand FOR China's actions?

Music is not political. It is a universal language to express emotion.

I hardly believe that China or any sovereign, would use the posting a collection of music as leverage to get the most technically advanced product into their country. If negotiations fail due to this, who is getting hurt more? Apple or China's iPhone-hungry population? I can see the newspapers now -

"China shuts down iPhone Negotiations Until Song is Removed from iTunes."

2006 and the first quarter of 2007 was plagued by the Options Scandal. As soon as Jobs and Apple Inc (NOT Apple Corporation) was c;eared, the stock soared.

Critics have predicted the iPod was a fad since 2004 when the iPod started to gain momentum. Apple is re-inventing the way we do things.

Granted you can make money on pull backs, but when do you know a stock that has such a strong up trend is going to pull back, if it does?
