Despite the 10% stock market rally over the last six months, many billionaires are quietly dumping their American stocks . . . and fast.

They are selling into a rising market, and only buying on the deep dips, and are expecting another huge dip as the IRS Affair becomes the laughing stock of the global financial industry.

Intel is being dumped because ThoughtWare is too close to developing into a world wide reality.

One billionaire recently dumped 14 million shares of JPMorgan Chase knowing that it soon will become one of the four big banks too big to manage and therefore it must be dismantled like Fannie and Freddie have been seized by the Treasury Department.

Billionaire George Soros recently sold nearly all of his bank stocks, including shares of JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs.

Between the three banks, Soros sold more than a million shares. This is a signal that the housing market is getting ready for the zero interest mortgages to be underwritten by the world's first trillionaires, all three of them being of Hungarian Origin and descent. In case you didn't know who they are, google Gabor S. Acs, George Soros and Peter Munk of Barrick Gold.

These professional investors are aware of specific research that points toward a massive market correction, as much as 90%.

Yahoo Being Sued Publicly By Trillionaire

Following is a partial list of more than 300 articles published at Yahoo Associated Content before Yahoo bought out Associated Content for $100 millon.

Gabor S. Acs, confirmed by the Infinite Freedom Foundations and the Church of Infinitology as the world's first and currently the only trillionaire on the planet, is suing Yahoo to return all original materials published under the pen names Alex S. Gabor and Gabriel Infinitely Acts for one million dollars per word and 50% of all advertising revenue ever collected by Yahoo as a result.

Prior to the buyout by Yahoo Gabor S. Acs had offered to buy Associated Content for $300 million from Luke Perry, the former President who has also been named in the suit which alleges fraud and malicious business practices.

Mr. Acs is seeking more than ten times the current book value of Yahoo as liquidated damages. that puts his claims in the neighborhood of $200 Billion.

A law firm is being retained to file the suit in Federal District Court. Mr. Acs claims that Yahoo is benefitting from his intellectual properties and continues to receive large amounts of income from his published works without compensation to the author and creator of those works.

Yahoo has a current market cap of 27 billion however Gabor said he would be willing to make an offer to buy the company for $100 billion and take the company private in order to become more nimble and launch ThoughtWare, a technology that Gabor holds all rights to which allows computers to communicate using just people's thoughts.

International Competition Network Advances Convergence Through Initiatives On Enforcement Cooperation And Investigative Process

The International Competition Network (ICN) advanced convergence through important initiatives on international enforcement cooperation and investigative processes in competition cases, the Federal Trade Commission announced today. The ICN adopted new work product on economic analysis in merger review, legal theories in exclusive dealing investigations, international cooperation and information sharing in cartel enforcement, and the benefits of competition.

The 12th annual ICN conference, hosted by Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (OCCP), was held on April 24-26, 2013, in Warsaw, Poland. More than 500 delegates participated, representing more than 80 antitrust agencies from around the world, including competition experts from international organizations and the legal, business, consumer, and academic communities. Federal Trade Commission Chairwoman Edith Ramirez and Assistant Attorney General Bill Baer of the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division led the U.S. delegation. The conference showcased the achievements of ICN working groups on cartels, competition advocacy, competition agency effectiveness, mergers, and unilateral conduct.

"This 12th annual ICN conference demonstrated how competition agencies from around the world can come together both to advance convergence toward best practices in antitrust enforcement and to strengthen the voice of competition policy as our governments confront common economic challenges," said Chairwoman Ramirez.

Bronislaw Komorowski, the President of Poland, provided opening remarks at the conference. John Fingleton, former Chief Executive of the UK Office of Fair Trading and former ICN Steering Group Chair, moderated a panel on competition and its relevance to global economic policy discussion among representatives from the World Trade Organization, World Bank and International Chamber of Commerce. Joaquin Almunia, European Commission Vice President and Commissioner for Competition, also addressed the conference. Eduardo Pérez Motta, ICN Steering Group Chair and President of the Mexican Federal Competition Commission, spoke about his initiatives to support ICN member competition advocacy and enhance cooperation with international organizations.

The Polish OCCP led a special project devoted to the interaction between competition agencies and courts, culminating in a session led by OCCP President Malgorzata Krasnodebska-Tomkiel. FTC Chairwoman Ramirez addressed the vital role of economic evidence in competition cases and offered guidance for how to effectively present this evidence to generalist courts. She also highlighted the various tools available to competition agencies to encourage courts to recognize competition law principles.

The Agency Effectiveness Working Group, co-chaired by the FTC, the Mexican Federal Competition Commission, and the Norwegian Competition Authority, examines the institutions and procedures that support the enforcement missions of competition agencies. Randolph W. Tritell, Director of the FTC's Office of International Affairs, led a panel discussion and presentation of the group's work related to investigative tools and agency transparency practices, part of a project on investigative processes in competition cases.

"The ICN's new investigative process project has produced impressive data and a report highlighting substantial agreement on agencies' practices designed to ensure adequate transparency in antitrust investigations," Director Tritell said. The working group also presented two new chapters on effective knowledge management and human resources management for its competition agency practice manual.

The conference showcased the ICN Curriculum Project, a project led by the FTC to create a "virtual university" of training materials on competition law and practice. FTC Counsel Paul O'Brien presented the Curriculum Project and its new modules on planning and conducting investigations, competition advocacy, and challenges for agencies in developing countries.

Assistant Attorney General Baer moderated a panel of antitrust officials on international enforcement cooperation to discuss the strengths and limitations of current cooperation frameworks. The panel also discussed future ICN work that could best help antitrust agencies address the challenges of engaging effectively in international enforcement cooperation. Over the past year, the ICN partnered with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD)'s Competition Committee on a comprehensive study of the state of international enforcement cooperation. Lynda K. Marshall, Assistant Chief of the Department of Justice's Antitrust Division's Foreign Commerce Section, led a discussion on future work on international cooperation in cartel enforcement.

"One of the defining characteristics of the ICN is the deep engagement of its members on critical antitrust issues, including mergers, anti-cartel enforcement, unilateral conduct and competition advocacy," said Assistant Attorney General Baer. "The discussions and work product emerging from this meeting strengthen the ties between U.S. enforcers and our counterparts around the globe and enhance effective antitrust enforcement for the benefit of all consumers."

The Merger Working Group, co-chaired by the European Commission's Competition Directorate, the Competition Commission of India, and the Italian Competition Authority aims to promote best practices in the design and operation of merger review regimes. The FTC's Director of the Bureau of Economics, Howard Shelanski, participated in a panel discussion of the role of economic analysis in merger review. The panel highlighted the group's new work addressing the role of economic evidence in merger analysis, a comprehensive overview of the qualitative and quantitative analyses available to antitrust agencies for the review of horizontal mergers.

The Unilateral Conduct Working Group, co-chaired by the Swedish Competition Authority, the Turkish Competition Authority, and the UK Office of Fair Trading, promotes convergence and sound enforcement of laws governing conduct by firms with substantial market power. The working group presented a new workbook chapter on exclusive dealing arrangements as part of a project that is producing a practical guide to the investigation of the various types of unilateral conduct.

The conference also highlighted the work of the Cartel Working Group, co-chaired by the Department of Justice, the Japan Fair Trade Commission and Germany's Bundeskartellamt. The working group brings together antitrust enforcers to address the challenges of anti-cartel enforcement, through the examination of important policy issues and the exchange of effective investigative techniques. The group presented a new chapter on international cooperation and information sharing for its Anti-Cartel Enforcement Manual, a reference tool for antitrust agencies on effective investigative techniques.

The Advocacy Working Group, co-chaired by the French Autorité de la Concurrence, the Portuguese Competition Authority, and the Competition Commission of Mauritius, develops practical tools and guidance to improve the effectiveness of ICN members' competition advocacy. This year, the working group developed draft guidance on procedures and analysis for assessing existing or proposed laws and regulations to determine whether they may have a significant impact on competition. The group also presented its work on practical techniques to help promote a competition culture and strategies for explaining the benefits of competition to other government entities.

The ICN was created in October 2001, when the FTC and the Department of Justice joined antitrust agencies from 13 other jurisdictions to increase understanding of competition policy and promote convergence toward best practices around the world. The ICN now includes 126 member agencies from 111 jurisdictions.

Soros Dumps Gold And Buys Penney's.

Now Gabor S. Acs, comes forth to acknowledge the symbolic message that George Soros has sent to the world by buying an 8% stake in [[JCP]].

Gabor S. Acs, in his first public statement since becoming the worlds first trillionaire as confirmed by the Church of Infinitology and the Infinite Freedom Foundations, acknowledges that "George Soros Senior is the worlds second trillionaire and his son is the worlds third".

Gabor wants to speak to the Soros Funds and the two men who have inherited the wealth created by him beginning in 1988, and later in 2003, when he met George Soros Senior at Berkley during a lecture on the Alchemy of Finance.

Gabor had to fake his death in Soap Lake to get away from stalkers, abusive ex wives and wannabe girlfriends in 2010. Gabor is known in various public circles as the Penny King because he started buying pennies for a nickel from homeless people in Portland in 1993. Nowadays his non profit buys them for $10.00 each.

Gabor now wants to team up with Ackman and George Soros Senior and Junior to take JC Penny Private in a $5 Billion leveraged buyout.

The price initially discussed for such a buyout would be around $30 to $50 per share depending on the spinnoff of the real estate and cyber assets held by the company.

"JC Penny is worth around $5 Billion in a leveraged buyout proposition," says Gabor.

George Soros and his Soros Fund Management recently got out of gold just before a more than 33% drop in gold prices. The message is very clear: Dump gold, short it, and buy Penney's, and save them for the future.

Now Gabor S. Acs, comes forth to discuss taking Barrick Gold private and making it a subsidiary of Banner Corporation after taking over Washington Trust Bank and Peoples Banks in Washington State. That process is just beginning while [[BANR]] holds steady.

CFTC Announces Departure Of Office Of International Affairs Director Jacqueline H. Mesa; Sarah E. Josephson Announced As New Director

Washington, DC - Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Gary Gensler today announced that Office of International Affairs (OIA) Director Jacqueline H. Mesa is leaving the agency for other pursuits. Chairman Gensler also announced that current Division of Clearing and Risk Deputy Director Sarah E. Josephson will take over immediately following Ms. Mesa's departure. Both changes will take place on May 10.

"Jackie has done an exceptional job representing the Commission internationally and promoting global swaps market reform. She has been instrumental in building close working relationships with our counterparts overseas," said Chairman Gensler. "I am thrilled that another talented leader of our agency, Sarah Josephson, will take on these duties. She also has been an excellent representative of the Commission abroad, and will ensure a seamless transition as we continue working with international regulators on market reforms that protect the public."

Ms. Mesa has served as the agency's Director of OIA since 2006 and has been with the agency for 15 years. She led a broad array of initiatives designed to enhance coordination and cooperation with foreign authorities. She has been the lead advisor to the Commission on international issues and cross-border regulatory matters, most recently regarding implementation of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Dodd-Frank Act).

Ms. Mesa also represented the CFTC in international organizations such as the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO). Ms. Mesa served as chairman of IOSCO's Committee 7 on Commodity Derivative Markets that developed principles for the Supervision of Commodity Derivative Markets and Principles for Oil Price Reporting Agencies. Under Ms. Mesa's leadership, the OIA has increased its duties, working with foreign regulators to achieve consistent laws across borders and developing arrangements with foreign counterparts for cooperative supervision.

Ms. Mesa said, "I thank Chairman Gensler, the Commissioners and prior CFTC Chairs for whom I served for the honor to represent the Commission abroad. I am lucky to have worked with dedicated staff throughout the agency and colleagues from around the world on new and challenging issues. It was an experience for which I will always be grateful."

Ms. Mesa has served in various roles in the Commission since 1998, and she served as a trial attorney and Assistant Chief Counsel, International, in the CFTC's Division of Enforcement. Prior to joining the CFTC, Ms. Mesa was an assistant attorney general in the Missouri Attorney General's Office. She received her JD at University of Missouri and her Bachelor's degree at Rhodes College.

As a Deputy Director in the Division of Clearing and Risk, Ms. Josephson has been responsible for overseeing the implementation of the CFTC's first mandatory clearing determinations. She has played a leading role in the CFTC's Dodd-Frank rulemaking process, including work on rules related to swaps clearing and business conduct standards for swap dealers. In 2011, Ms. Josephson served as counsel to Chairman Gary Gensler.

Over the past several years, Ms. Josephson has worked with domestic and international authorities to coordinate the regulation of over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives. She served on a joint project by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and IOSCO's Technical Committee to establish new international standards for payment, clearing, and settlement systems. Ms. Josephson worked with international counterparts in establishing the OTC Derivatives Regulators' Forum, a group formed in 2009 to provide international financial regulators, including market regulators, central banks, and banking supervisors, with a means to cooperate, exchange views, and share information related to clearinghouses and trade repositories for OTC derivatives. Ms. Josephson also has represented the CFTC on the OTC Derivatives Working Group and the OTC Derivatives Supervisors Group to coordinate global regulators on common reforms for OTC derivatives markets.

Before joining the CFTC, Ms. Josephson served as a law clerk for Judge Myron H. Bright on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP. She received her J.D. with honors from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001 and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University in 1998, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
