      Cellulosic Ethanol Background
What a difference a year makes. Last year (2006) everyone was just getting to know cellulosic ethanol. This year it is all the buzz. I think last summer was the prime time for traditional ethanol, this summer cellulosic ethanol will get the spotlight. After reading InvestInCellulosicEtha..., it is incredible to me how fast this industry is moving. It seems that every week someone is announcing a new breakthrough in cellulosic ethanol technology. Can anyone receommend some good cellulosic ethanol stocks?

Ethanol Stocks: SunOpta Has the Cellulosic Glow (STKL)
Wow.... We've come a long way baby! It sure is funny going back and reading this article, knowing what we now know. Who would have guessed back then that cellulosic ethanol has become so big? Who would have guessed that there would be so many cellulosic ethanol companies and cellulosic ethanol stocks? It's hard to keep up with it all. I'm not sure what I would do if I didn't have websites like InvestInCellulosicEtha... to keep track of it all. Did you notice that the CFO and President of Verasun recently quit to work for Mascoma (a cellulosic ethanol company)?

DuPont's New Biofuel: More Energy Than Ethanol, Gasoline
Intelligent people support cellulosic ethanol. Have you ever noticed that? Alan Greenspan, Vinod Kholsa, Sir Richard Branson to name a few. I've noticed that the more intelligent they are, the more optimistic they are about cellulosic ethanol. The folks that shrug off the "next generation ethanol" are the ones who haven't been involved with the latest technology or they are stakeholders in non-cellulosic ethanol. By the way if you haven't been following the cellulosic ethanol industry nearly every day, you are probably way behind. The best site I've found so far to keep up with the most recent developments is InvestInCellulosicEtha... . Are there any other good sites dedicated to cellulosic ethanol research?

      Ethanol Stocks: Bouncing Back
There's no question in my mind that democrats are pro-ethanol. That didn't use to be the case. At one time the word "ethanol" made people think large companies like ADM whose lobbying was rewarded by large ethanol subsidies. Now when people think of ethanol, they think about fighting global warming. (We can thank Al Gore.) They also think of reducing dependence on foreign oil. The truth is, ethanol doesn't have many enemies these days. Democrats like corn ethanol because they know it is the path to cellulosic ethanol, the holy grail. Everyone is getting in on the cellulosic ethanol frenzy... even the big oil companies. If you have visited sites like InvestInCellulosicEtha... lately, you will be amazed at the huge technological advances cellulosic ethanol is making these days.

A Contrarian Take on the Ethanol Boom (ADM)
I'm sure everyone has noticed all the press ethanol has been getting this year. Corn ethanol stocks have been soaring. However, it seems this frenzy is only the opening act for a much, MUCH bigger energy revolution: (drum roll) ...CELLULOSE ETHANOL! Articles like this one, announcing advances in cellulose ethanol, are now appearing almost daily. In 2007, scores of cellulosic ethanol plants will begin construction. Even Alan Greenspan is bullish about cellulose ethanol. Do the research, you'll be amazed. Here is one of the few sites I've found that seem to have a good pulse on this promising industry: InvestInCelluloseEthan....
