      Suing Critical Analysts Is Wrong and Dangerous
      Funny. Suing. Why don't Iraq sue U.S. for attacking them under the weapons of mass destructions veil. Obviously words are just words, and the only ones that get punished at the end are the simple folks, the ones who pay for the system, work hard and keep quiet. Same with the analysts.

      ETF Watch: New Filings (July 11–17)
      ETFs are doing well. There is a firm in Boston called FRC which is the premium provider to use when it comes to market research in ETFs and mutual funds. Close to 90% of the major financial institutions subscribe to its research and I try to follow anything they write in the area.

      First off, chances of you investing well are small. So keep investing in yourself. Read wallastoninvestments.c.../ or read Soros, educate yourselves, but don't believe in easy money.

      Krispy Kreme Turnaround Gaining Traction
      I totally agree with you. Krispy Creme will be taken out for a price much higher then what it is now. There are a few Middle East co and asset managers in US that are candidates. The firm is pretty much turned around at this point and soon the public will start to realize and get into it.

      First off, if Bush was a CEO of a company that brings down the dollar 70% versus major currencies and the markets go nowhere for 7 years, I would think about firing the guy - before the term ends. O no, we are too lazy to to do that. Well, welcome to the newly competitive world where no dumb competitors exist, but fast, smart, hardworking countries with no big army expenses.
