    David you are making a few dumb predictions in this article. However, the only one i agree is to place a call to the population to get out on the streets and demand end to the incompetent Bush administration.
    Then watch what happens to the dollar.

    Interestingly in these wonderful charts - you forgot most of Eastern Europe (is that maybe under Emerging Europe?). And that "missing sector" accounts for close to 60% of the growth that Europe has experienced in the past 5 years. Altough not documented, Western Europe benefited handsomely. (simlarly to Germany benefiting from US investments after the World War 2.) I would reccomend the readers taking a look at Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Croatia, Russia, even Turkey since these coutrnies still have cheap labor costs and ever-growing economies.
