An Interview With Overstock.com CEO Patrick Byrne
A very good interview by Dr. Byrne.
he has made it very easy for everyone to understand although I wish that Sam Antar or another Seeking Alpha contributor could please explain what "positive operating cash flow" means?

I also found the mention of the stock being at $26 a share interesting. for people that follow the direction of this stock they probably uunderstand and realize the interesting point that it is imo.

Long Overstock.com and proud of the leadership that this company shows its shareholders.

Patrick Byrne’s Hype versus Overstock.com’s Financial Performance
After meeting Dr. Patrick Byrne I don't have to hope that Overstock.com will do well as a company. I NOW know that this Company is going to prove the nay sayers like you WRONG! Dr. Byrne has Passion like you have never seen and he will prove you wrong. Again.

      Free CASH flow positive.

More Red Flags on Overstock's Earnings Report
      Sam,

What about main Street investors who believe in Overstock.com and the CEO Dr. Patrick Byrne?

I believe that they (OSTK & Dr. Byrne) are looking out for the little people in the stock market. Are they really as BAD as you claim?

Here is a chance to buy an industry leader in Overstocked merchandise and you have them pegged as trouble.

Sam- Could you please explain this: Is free cash flow positive for the year a good thing in accounting?

      TIA

CEO of Overstock.com Fails to 'Celebrate' Libel Suit
      Gary,

How about writing about Overstock.com buying back over one million shares of common stock recently for LESS than $11 a share.

This is great news for shareholders and the Overstock BOD and Dr. Byrne should be proud of looking out for shareholders best interest imo.

Overstock Directors Throw Wreckage on the Legal Tracks
O' O' O' Gary get ready for the Q4 report and please don't throw any wreckage on the tracks of the short squeeze. I believe that you will see a nice Q4 profit on Wednesday and that short squeeze you like to talk about.

Gary look at everthing that you have written about Overstock and then look at those wonderful Q4 numbers and you will see that you were wrong. Again!

      Wachovia's NovaStar Waivers: D-Day Delay?
The amazing thing about the NFI story is how Herb Greenberg and the boys have hammered on NFI for years holding the company on the cross to die only to watch it survive in the credit crunch of 2007.

How funny is that? Novastar is a 30 million dollar company and the keystone cops cant make NFI just go away.

Why hasn't the New York Stock Exchange delisted NFI some people may wonder? I believe that its because they dont want to bring any attention to this story and let people know how bad the shareholders have been wronged by manipulation under the NYSE watch.

      Short term $8 price target
      long term $32 a share

      Wachovia's NovaStar Waivers: D-Day Delay?
      Herb,

why do you care so much about Novastar staying alive. It's about a $40 million market cap company. Big deal right?

My question to you is this. What about the shareholders?

There are people holding NFI shares in retirement accounts that have their shares listed as "other."

Why are they listed like this you may wonder. Because with about a 9 million share float and over 80% of the company float sold short there are not enough shares to go around even in retirement accounts.

This should concern you enough to write about it if you believe in the Main Street shareholder and his/her protection.

Patrick Byrne's Staggering History of Lies
With the stock price of Overstock.com over $35 a share and management showing positive results how have the shareholders of OSTK been lied to?

As a shareholder I am pleased with how the the good doctor Patrick Byrne has had honest and open two way communication with everyone. In fact, on the last earnings conference call the good doctor did just that and offered the microphone to Mr. Sam Antar with whom you talk about in you article. Well Sam did not ask a question when offered right there in front of everbody to hear.

In your article you mention that the price movement in OSTK is just a "classic short squeeze." I disagree with that. The classic short squeeze will be when Overstock.com reports a profit in their Q4 earnings report IMO.

The truth with Dr. Byrne is that he is showing Wall Street what this publicly traded company is worth and how future growth lies ahead and not everyone is happy about that.
