  • Whole Foods: The Worst Is Over [View article]
I'd love to jump in and buy here, but something tells me not only can this thing fall another 10-15% easily but I don't see any major moves in the stock price coming in the next 6-12 months. Same store sales are abysmal and there is a lot of competition currently and more on the way. 2% yield isn't bad but I see more pain in the near term. Unless this is taken private....

  • Wynn Will China's Stock Market Stop Crashing? [View article]
China is in a lot of trouble. As Lamarius said above me, margin is going to finally destroy China in a very bad way this time around. Years of the Chinese government putting a band-aid on the economy is finally going to be ripped off. I'm not calling for an outright collapse, but I see the Chinese market getting worse before it gets better. WYNN, LVS and MGM are not good bets in the short term. I would buy WYNN at $95 or anywhere under though. We will see if it gets back to that level. I'm sure there has been a lot of short covering causing these huge spikes these past few days.

  • This Might Not Be The Bottom, But The Time To Buy Chesapeake Is Now [View article]
This might not be the bottom, but the time to buy is now. Worst title ever! Why catch a falling knife? Investors thought this piece of junk stabalized at 13, now what? Heading to single digits more than likely but how low in the single digits? This thing could easily see 9 as it could 20.

How about a buyout scenario? $50 a share is much too cheap. Personally I hope this thing tanks so that I can double down.

That was dumb to sell your shares at $40. Always wait for the dead cat bounce after a big slide. I wouldn't hop back in, this thing could sink if the rumor proves not to be true.

  • Yelp reportedly exploring sale; shares +14.2% [View news story]
That's the dumbest analogy I ever heard. The market is extremely overvalued so people are going to pay a premium for companies, YELP is no different.

Ummm how much did Opentable get acquired for? Anyone who knows anything about the restaurant/food service industry knows how valuable both of those companies are. YELP may be overvalued from a PE standpoint but not for someone to buy them out for $60.

I really don't believe that this stock is richly valued. Maybe on a PE level but Opentable fetched a lot more and I believe YELP could do the same.

  • Netflix Bull Thesis Is Profoundly Flawed [View article]
Who cares about all this BS technical analysis, yoy subscriber numbers and useless cash flow analysis. You can run all the numbers you want and the correlation between the stock price and the numbers will NEVER MAKE SENSE. WHO CARES! This stock does not move on fundamentals. Anyone who has been buying puts on this is a complete idiot. This stock will never, ever move like a typical stock. Long NFLX.

  • It's Finally Time To Buy Alibaba [View article]
Wouldn't dream of touching this before the lockup. I expect this stock to go down a little more to around the mid 70's before I would consider buying.

  • Recent Buy - Deckers Outdoor [View article]
In China, UGG's brand awareness is 50%, which is significantly higher than other international brands like Coach and Timberland. Is that a joke? All Chinese people know Coach way more than they know UGG's. I go to China often and everyone has a Coach bag, nobody is wearing UGG's over there though. Agree that your valuation of DECK is low compared to the rest of the market, I'm a buyer.

  • One Star For Yelp [View article]
You don't have to pay for YELP if you are a small business owner but you will soon see all of your positive reviews either dissapear or float to the bottom of your page. YELP works, just go and type in any restaurant in NYC and you will see that the product is being used and is very successful. The company has a strong balance sheet and should be aquired north of $70 a share at these levels. It may break it's resistance at $50 after this next earnings call but the future is promising. Google knows that their review system is nowhere near Yelp's. Opentable was aquired at a very large premium by PCLN, don't see YELP as being much different. Owners pay a lot more if people book a table on Opentable rather than through the actual establishment.
