I would have to disagree with you . SCE would not even try to build without some reasonable belief that they could get their money back . Nuclear is clean , safe , and will provide energy for thousands of homes cheaply . The state of S. Carolina is a 45% partner with SCE on the project ! So any pipe dream of any law being changed is exactly that ! [Disclousure - I own shares]
