Has the Dollar Hit Bottom?
Most probably the likely outcome is a more gradual reduction in the dollar since no governments want a sharp downward adjustment, but rather a gradual one. Political pressure may therefore yield that desired result.
Despite calls from so many that the dollar is hated and a contrarian should buy, the fact is that just because it is hated does not mean it cannot be much more hated. When the general public actually does something about their dollar exposure then you should be concerned about reaching a bottom in sentiment. We are a long way from that, IMHO.
