    Long APC, COP, BTU for energy. CNG cars would clean up California but I sold CLNE because California is BankRUPT and will not do any infastructure change. 30 years ago a friend had a GMC pickup converted to CNG and it was cost effective for awhile; YES WE CAN BUILD THEM .
    But we need to bail out wall street and rebuild the school system......to satisfy democrats who elected OBAMA. Bush did jack%3h* for the economy and energy plan......
    What about HMC and its CNG car and FSYS conversions and fill your car in your own GARAGE AT NIGHT WHILE YOU SLEEP; YES WE CAN AMERICA>>>>...

    Thanks for analysis and explanation of CHK. Now I know why my investment tanked? AFter the 1 billion hedging loss there was something lurking and then selling assets to BP and now this insight,,,,,this is something of a CDO energy play.
    There are many "what ifs.....should be....might be....." and we do need a PICKENS PLan is not sufficient reason for a large position here.
    I am long CVX-XOM-OXY.
