    Let the price of gas rise.

    Psychologically, the best LONG TERM thing for this country would be for either gas prices to rise again, or for taxes on gas to be drastically increased, and prod this country to continue last year's progress in exploring alternative energy sources for vehicles and the grid. We are woefully behind the global curve on this.

    I'm struggling to understand the purpose of your posting.... You state that "on a technical basis the chart is showing a "MAJOR DIVERGENCE". Grammatically, a "divergence" implies the separation of 2+ items in different directions. Please explain what in the chart (item #1) is diverging from what (item #2).
    Oh, and... "the chart" of what? A composite of the BRICs? Emerging markets? Brazil?
