      I'm struggling to understand the purpose of your posting.... You state that "on a technical basis the chart is showing a "MAJOR DIVERGENCE". Grammatically, a "divergence" implies the separation of 2+ items in different directions. Please explain what in the chart (item #1) is diverging from what (item #2).
      Oh, and... "the chart" of what? A composite of the BRICs? Emerging markets? Brazil?
